Tezol Mobile Notary
1. Compliance with Texas Law
All notary fees comply with Texas state law. The official state notary fee is $6 per signature. Additional charges are for mobile service, travel, time, and convenience.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. For legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.
3. Identification Requirement
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations. Services cannot be performed without proper identification.
4. Document Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents are complete, accurate, and ready for notarization before the appointment.
5. Pricing & Payment Policy
All fees are disclosed in advance. Payment is required before or at the time of service. A secure payment link will be provided after confirmation.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
7. Travel, Waiting & After-Hours Fees
Additional charges may apply for travel distance, extended waiting time, late-night, weekend, emergency, or special-location services.
8. Privacy Policy
Client information is used only for scheduling and service purposes and is never shared without consent.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of invalid identification, incomplete documents, unsafe environments, or suspected fraud.
10. Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed only after availability and payment have been verified.
11. Liability Limitation
Tezol Mobile Notary is not responsible for document rejection by third parties due to client-provided errors or incomplete information.
